Gridiron Grill-Off Food & Wine Festival
Food and football are two all-time favorites and when they collide you get a winning combination! “John Offerdahl’s Gridiron Grill-Off Food & Wine Festival” presented by the University of Miami Health System scores big and will once again take center field on Saturday, November 11 from 1 – 4 p.m. at the Pompano Beach Amphitheater. Chefs from South Florida’s trendiest restaurants will partner with Miami Dolphins legends to serve delicious, signature grilled entrees paired with premium wine and spirits. As many as 3,000 attendees will get a taste of South Florida with past dishes such as Crazy Duck Tacos, Coconut Chili Ceviche, Grilled Spanish Octopus, Espresso and Chocolate Crusted Filet Mignon and Bacon & Bleu Rib-eye. This year’s restaurant line-up includes Naked Crab, S3 Restaurant, Pelican Landing, JWB Prime Steak & Seafood and more. Dolphins legends include Woody Bennett, Lorenzo Hampton, Terry Kirby and more. The all-inclusive outdoor event includes a cornhole tournament, live entertainment and a silent auction. Individual tickets range from $95-$140 and are available at www.gridirongrilloff.com.
